Exceptional Stay in Rethymno's Heart

Enjoyed an exhilarating week exploring the gorgeous old town! The warmth and hospitality from the staff truly enhanced our experience. Don’t miss the delightful Greek breakfast each morning—it’s a treat! Consider arranging your transportation ahead of time for easier access through the narrow streets.

Parking is a hassle. there’s no on-site option, and nearby spots are scarce, leaving you to cart your luggage a bit. The air conditioning in some rooms is only on one level, which can lead to discomfort, especially in two-level accommodations. the pool’s closure during peak afternoon hours can be frustrating when you’re itching to cool off. Some kitchen supplies were slightly lacking, limiting the ability to whip up a quick meal. Minor bathroom upgrades could definitely elevate the experience, as a few guests felt they were due for some attention.

Erini was the most wonderful host, sharing local tips 😊. Everything was spotless and super clean, and the staff were friendly and attentive, going out of their way to make us feel welcome. The location was perfect for exploring Rethymno.

while the location was decent, i simply cannot abide by the lack of a complimentary upgrade, it’s the least one could expect. the air conditioning was noisy, and parking? don’t even get me started on that disaster. i almost thought of giving a good review, but alas, i just couldn’t.

Had an amazing time with friends at this hotel. The location is perfect for exploring. We enjoyed some great meals nearby and loved the spacious apartment we stayed in. The staff went above and beyond to help, making the trip even better. Highly recommend trying the breakfast and checking out the beach!

The location in the heart of the old town was perfect for exploring local culture! The apartment was wonderfully spacious, featuring ample wardrobe space and multiple power outlets. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to assist with requests like late check-outs, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The kitchen, although well-equipped, had a slightly funky smell that lingered in the air.

the room lacked a hob and saucepan. but the staff were so friendly, they even baked gluten-free cakes for breakfast! the location in the old town is super convenient! having a bottle of wine waiting in the room was such a nice touch!
